The Sillon Beach was voted the most beautiful beach in France in 2018 and 2023 by Trip Advisor. It is on the edge of this magnificent site that our hotel-restaurant AR INIZ has been established for a long time, first under the name Chateaubriand and later as Les Acacias. An authentic Malouine villa, AR INIZ offers 22 rooms.

Our Rooms

Two buildings make up the AR INIZ hotel-restaurant. On the seaside, the authentic building along the beach offers 9 charming rooms with sea views on various floors, and cozy rooms that overlook the garden, served by an elevator.

On the courtyard side to the south, a more modern construction offers rooms that have independent access on the ground floor or via the staircase on the upper floor.

All decorated in a nautical and “industrial” style, our rooms are bright, warm, well-lit, and well-soundproofed. They are equipped with quality bedding and the necessary amenities for a seaside stay: flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower and separate toilet, wardrobe, and safe. Two rooms are adapted for people with reduced mobility, and two are connecting for family stays. Only two room sizes are available: 13.5 m2 and 16.8 m2.

Our Breakfast

Served from 7:30 to 10:30 am, our breakfast buffet is presented in the bar area, and tables are set in the restaurant to offer you a “full sea” wake-up.

Generous and indulgent, our breakfast includes Breton specialties, fresh and local sweet and savory products:
